Badminton

Badminton is one of the most popular racquet sports in the world, known for its speed, agility, and strategic play. It traces its origins to ancient games played in Europe and Asia, but the modern version was formalized in British India during the 19th century and named after Badminton House in England. Played indoors with a lightweight shuttlecock and racquets, the sport is easy to learn but offers a fast-paced and competitive experience. Badminton appeals to those who enjoy tennis, squash, or racquetball, but are looking for a lower-impact alternative that still offers great cardio and coordination benefits.
