• Complete the online athlete registration via the official OSGA portal before the deadline.

• Choose your sport, fill in personal and medical information, and pay any applicable fees.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with your competition number and further instructions.

🏨 2. Accommodations

After registering, finalize your stay. Select a local hotel within your prescribed budget, or book an entire cottage

for your whole team through our accommodation sponsor Cottage Vacations.

Book either individually or as a team group block, noting check-in/check-out dates coincide with Games events.

Check for any participant discounts and/or shuttle arrangements to venues.

• Review your sport’s rules and event format, and note warm-up times, venue access, and equipment or attire requirements.

🗂️ 5. Participant Check‑In

• On the first Games day, arrive at the registration desk with photo ID.

• Collect your accreditation badge, welcome packet, schedule, venue map, and any reserved merchandise.

🚍 6. Transport & Venue Logistics

Review shuttle schedules—some accommodations offer transport to venues.

Arrive 15–30 minutes early for check‑in, warm‑up, and orientation.

Take note of parking, locker rooms, spectator areas, and venue access.

• Arrive early with your gear (skates, racquets, sticks, etc.).

• Check in with officials or timing staff and bring water and snacks.

• Compete according to format—round‑robin, time trials, or match play.

• Check the Results page after your event; medal ceremonies follow shortly.

Review full results online and attend community gatherings or evening entertainment.
