Snowshoeing is a dynamic winter sport that combines endurance, strength, and a love of the outdoors. Using specially designed snowshoes to move efficiently across snowy terrain, participants race over groomed trails or natural courses, often through scenic winter landscapes. The sport offers a full-body workout while being accessible to athletes of all abilities. With its mix of competition, adventure, and connection to nature, snowshoe racing is a fun and rewarding way to stay active during the winter season.

Rules

Districts are encouraged to follow the technical information and guidelines found at the following attachment at all times.

Open Event: participants are not required to qualify through a District games, just be a member of OSGA.
