Nordic Skiing

Nordic skiing, also known as cross-country skiing, is one of the oldest forms of winter travel and sport, with origins tracing back thousands of years in Scandinavia. Unlike alpine skiing, Nordic skiing involves traveling across flat or rolling terrain using lightweight skis and a gliding stride. It offers an excellent full-body workout and is known for its rhythmic, endurance-based nature. Nordic skiing appeals to those who enjoy the outdoors, physical fitness, and a peaceful yet challenging winter sport experience.
