Table Tennis

Table Tennis, also known as ping pong, is a fast-paced indoor sport that requires quick reflexes, coordination, and strategy. Originating in England in the late 1800s as a parlour game, it has since grown into a competitive sport enjoyed worldwide. Played as singles or doubles, players use lightweight paddles to hit a small ball back and forth across a table divided by a net. Table tennis offers a fun and engaging way to stay active and sharp, making it a popular choice for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
