Volleyball

Volleyball is a dynamic team sport that emphasizes communication, coordination, and quick reflexes. It was invented in 1895 in Massachusetts as a blend of basketball, baseball, tennis, and handball, originally designed as a less intense alternative to basketball. Played with two teams separated by a net, the objective is to send the ball over the net and ground it on the opponent’s court while preventing the same on your own side. Volleyball offers a fun and active way to build teamwork and stay physically engaged.
